How often do you update inputs in your energy models?

Hello all,

I’m curious how frequently people update their modelling inputs such as demand forecasts, fuel prices, or policy assumptions. Do you follow a fixed schedule (monthly/quarterly), or only update when major market changes occur?

Would be great to hear how others manage this in their workflows.
