Best way to compare results after updating an existing model?

Hello everyone. I recently updated one of my existing models after receiving a new set of assumptions, and now I am trying to understand the most reliable way to compare the new outputs with the previous version. At the moment I am exporting the results into spreadsheets, but this becomes difficult once there are many scenarios and multiple revisions over time. I am wondering if there is a recommended workflow for tracking changes without creating dozens of duplicate files. It would also be useful to know whether experienced users keep archived versions of the model or rely on version control outside the platform. I would appreciate any practical suggestions or examples from projects you have worked on, especially if they helped reduce mistakes when validating updated results.
